You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your sign-in secure. One account is for one person. You can close your account at any time.
Points and rewards
Points and rewards are issued by each restaurant and are specific to that restaurant. They have no cash value, do not transfer between restaurants, and a restaurant may set, change, or end its own programme. We show you your balance and history but do not control a restaurant's rules.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and do not abuse points, rewards, or other diners.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Content you submit (such as a review or a dish photo) must be yours to share.
The restaurant relationship
Orders, menus, prices, availability, and rewards are provided by the restaurant. Disputes about an order or a reward are between you and the restaurant; we will help where we reasonably can.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TableSnap is not liable for a restaurant's products, services, or loyalty decisions. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will ask you to review and accept the updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
