What you share
When you join a restaurant or earn points, we hold your name and email, your loyalty activity at that restaurant (points, visits, rewards), and basic device and usage information needed to run the service.
How it is used
- To run your membership and loyalty at the restaurants you join.
- To show you your points, rewards, and order history.
- To send you service messages about your account and orders.
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Each restaurant you join can see your membership with that restaurant (your name, contact, and loyalty activity there). A restaurant never sees your activity at another restaurant. TableSnap processes the data to provide the service and uses a small set of providers (for sign-in, email, notifications, and image storage) under contract.
Marketing
A restaurant can only send you marketing (such as a newsletter or promotions) if you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect the service messages needed to run your account.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and object to or restrict certain uses, subject to applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below or the restaurant directly where it is the controller.
Keeping your information
We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
