Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

TableSnap is committed to making its platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies, alternative input devices, or non-default display settings. Accessibility is treated as a product requirement, not an afterthought, and is reviewed alongside every release that ships visible UI.

WCAG 2.2 AA target

We measure our work against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. This is the level recommended by most public-sector procurement standards and aligns with the European Accessibility Act, Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent regimes in the UK and Canada. Where guidance differs across jurisdictions, we follow the stricter standard.

Conformance status

TableSnap is currently 'partially conformant' with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means most of the platform meets the standard, but some areas, in particular legacy admin tables, the menu-board scan reviewer, and a small number of marketing components, do not yet fully conform. We are tracking the remaining gaps in our public roadmap and addressing them in priority order based on user impact.

Compatible technologies

TableSnap is designed to work with the following recent versions of mainstream assistive technology and browser combinations. Older versions may work but are not actively tested:

• Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android.
• Browsers: the latest two stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
• Keyboard-only navigation across all primary user flows, including sign-in, menu editing, ordering, and account management.
• Browser zoom and reflow up to 200% without loss of content or functionality, and OS-level large-text settings.

Known limitations

We are transparent about the areas where we do not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Current known gaps include:

• Some admin data tables do not yet expose row and column headers correctly to screen readers.
• The menu-board scan reviewer relies on visual diff overlays that lack a non-visual equivalent. A text-based review surface is in development.
• A small number of marketing illustrations are missing meaningful alternative text and are scheduled to be re-authored.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on TableSnap, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to provide a remediation plan within ten business days.

When reporting an issue, including the page URL, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and a short description of what went wrong helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.

We review this statement at least once a year and after any major release that affects accessibility. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent review.
